By accessing or using nori novels ("nori", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to every visitor, reader, and account holder.

2. About nori

nori is a platform for reading fan- and community-translated web novels. We host original works and translations, organize them into a browsable library, and offer optional paid features such as coins and Unlimited subscriptions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are for individual, personal use only.

4. Coins, Subscriptions & Payments

Certain chapters are premium and can be unlocked with coins or an active Unlimited subscription. Coins are a limited license to access content, hold no cash value, and are non-transferable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Settings.

All purchases are final except where required by law. Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or resell content from nori; circumvent premium locks or paywalls; or use the service to harass others or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

6. Intellectual Property & Translations

Translations published on nori are the work of their respective translators and are provided for personal reading. Original works remain the property of their authors and rights holders. Nothing here grants you ownership of any content. If you are a rights holder, see our DMCA page.

7. Content Availability

Titles, chapters, and features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular work will remain available, and access purchased with coins applies only while a work is hosted on nori.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms. You may stop using nori at any time; certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property and disclaimer sections.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, nori is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
